Pozíció leírása / Job description- Issue invoices and credit notes accurately and promptly.
- Manage sales orders, ensuring timely conversion and resolution.
- Collaborate with teams for order approval and dispute resolution.
- Work with partners and finance managers to achieve goals.
- Validate billing information and adhere to customer requirements.
- Distribute invoices electronically.
- Assist in resolving billing disputes and handle phone queries.
- Support month-end/year-end closing and reporting.
- Provide backup for Credit and Collections.
- Assist in other finance functions as needed.
- 1-3 years of experience in collection, billing, cash application
- University degree
- Fluent English language knowledge
- SAP/NetSuite experience is advantage
