The ideal candidate will have strong administrative experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. ...- Maintain and update the Purchase Order (PO) system, support system development, and act as a key user
- Handle contract management, including documentation, approvals, and postal administration
- Communicate with suppliers daily, request quotes, onboard new vendors, and manage supplier relationships
- Assist in preparing tender documents and supporting the tender process
- Resolve billing discrepancies, introduce new items or product codes for existing partners
- Prepare contracts based on templates and document partner settings
- Proactively communicate with internal colleagues and suppliers via email and phone
Elvárások / Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in an administrative or procurement-related role
- Intermediate English proficiency (written and spoken)
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel
- Experience in contract management or project coordination is an advantage
- Ability to work independently, proactively, and with flexibility
- Background in finance, logistics, or a related field is preferred
