Pozíció leírása / Job description- Lead and oversee the execution of construction projects from initiation to completion
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, architects, and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards
- Prepare progress reports and provide updates to stakeholders
- Collect information of local contractors and subcontracting resources in other countries
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in construction
- Hungarian speaker with fluent English skills
- Familiar with Hungarian construction regulations and standards, strong understanding of Hungarian construction practices
- Relevant professional license (FMV) is required
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Chinese language skill is a plus
