Pozíció leírása / Job description
- Providing support for the Zoho CRM system used by the Client's dealership network
- Analyzing sales data and thus building reports/dashboards
- Taking part in system integration or process automation project
- Training users for the use of the CRM system
Elvárások / Requirements
- Experience with the support of CRM systems. (Zoho, Salesforce or similar)
- End-to-end sales process knowledge. (lead-deal-proposal-sale)
- Knowledge or experience with business analysis.
- Ability to analyze data & build dashboards/reports in Power BI or Zoho Analytics.

- Ticket management experience. (BPM, easy vista, others)
- Experience with systems integration and process automation.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and data manipulation is a plus.
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to train users.
