Pozíció leírása / Job description- Managing a team of 5 to 6 Digital Content Editors for daily tasks, deliverables & projects.
- Is the main point of contact and liaises with the Clients’ company to align processes and workflows.
- Oversees training and HR processes, building a successful & skilled team.
- Manages workload distribution & working in proximity with other teams.
- Manages daily tasks and projects, ensuring timely and high-quality completion.
- Collaborates with other team leaders and supports team alignment.
- Continuously improves Digital Content management in its broadest sense.
- Analyzes and reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- At least 5 years of experience in a digital content leadership role
- Deep understanding of digital marketing analytics and reporting
- Fluent in English
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Experience using Content management systems is a plus
- Experience with project management methodologies is a plus
