Pozíció leírása / Job description- User Research and Insights: Build a deep understanding of our users and clients through research, identifying pain points, behaviors, and opportunities to inform the product roadmap.
- Design Oversight and Execution: Lead the design of intuitive and visually compelling interfaces for web and mobile applications. Oversee the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Develop a Scalable Design System: Create and evolve the company's design system to ensure brand and UX consistency across all user touchpoints. Drive implementation across existing and new products/solutions.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality products. Communicate design concepts and solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. Act as a bridge between product, design and development, ensuring feasibility and alignment.
- Champion User-Centered Design: Advocate for design thinking principles across the organization, influencing stakeholders to prioritize customer empathy and usability.
- Monitor and Optimize Post-Launch: Use analytics, feedback, and performance metrics to evaluate and continuously refine the effectiveness of design solutions post-launch.
- Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Stay informed about the latest UX trends, tools, and technologies. Experiment with new methods, technologies, and approaches to push design boundaries. Drive improvements in UX workflows and processes to enhance team efficiency.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, or a related field.
- At least eight (8) years of experience in UX design or digital experience design, with a strong focus on customer-facing digital products and end-to-end design processes.
- High proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Experience delivering within an Agile/Kanban methodology.
- Interactive agency or consulting experience preferred.
- Proven ability to influence and drive change within an organization.
- Proven ability to lead and apply user research methodologies, including interviews, surveys, design sprints, and usability tests, to inform design decisions.
- A compelling portfolio showcasing successful customer experience projects, including detailed examples of your design process and measurable outcomes.
- Mastery of design tools paired with a solid understanding of web and mobile app design standards, accessibility, and responsive design.
- A proactive and resourceful attitude, with a passion for tackling complex, ambiguous design challenges in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex design challenges.
