Pozíció leírása / Job description- Prepare monthly close entries in NetSuite.
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts using Blackline.
- Manage cash, prepaid expenses, accruals, and fixed assets reconciliations.
- Handle general ledger and intercompany reconciliations.
- Post and reconcile bank transactions.
- Assist in financial statement preparation and review.
- Analyze expenses for proper recording.
- Calculate and post FX Gain/Loss.
- Prepare and check payments.
- Support audits and process improvements.
- Lead and assist with ad hoc projects and reporting.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by Management.
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Accounting
- 1-3 years accounting experience
- Ability to multitask and meet assigned deadlines; highly detail-oriented and organized in work
- Experience with NetSuite and/or Blackline and/or CashPro a plus (not required)
- Proficient in Advanced Excel functions including pivot tables and vlookups
