We are looking for a Head of Payroll Operations for our client who provides services in 23 countries across Europe and Asia and it is still significantly growing.
Pozíció leírása / Job description- Overseeing with the help of 5 team leaders approximately 25 individuals managing payroll for 30 countries globally
- Growing the Budapest team and refine service delivery to minimize risks and accommodate growth
- Working with the external vendor to ensure accurate, timely payments for the global team
- Resolving issues promptly and proactively improve processes
- Collaborating on modernizing payroll processes and metrics
- Reviewing processes and ensuring compliance with regulations
- Implementing a user-friendly system for employee inquiries
- Working closely with HR, IT, and Finance teams
- college or university degree
- 8-10 years of experience in international HR / Payroll
- min. 3 years leadership experience
- extensive understanding in payroll processes, systems and international operations
- previous involvement with global payroll systems, preferably Workday or equivalent enterprise HR platforms are highly desirable
- fluent English both in written and oral
- full proficiency in Excel
- excellent problem solving skills
