Our partner, a multinational airline holding company, is currently looking for an HR Business Partner to support their BSC in Budapest.

Pozíció leírása / Job description- Business Support:
- Provide HR and operational support to managers, ensuring compliance with the Hungarian Labour Code.
- Advise on HR processes, address employee relations issues, and foster strong relationships with internal clients.
- Operational HR:
- Support performance management, conduct exit interviews, and handle disciplinary matters.
- Coordinate employee satisfaction initiatives and maintain accurate job descriptions.
- Policies & Reporting:
- Develop and manage HR policies, KPIs, and reports to support decision-making and ensure compliance.
- Compensation & Benefits:
- Assist with salary benchmarking, compensation processes, and payroll activities.
- Provide support for performance appraisals and maintain HR data accuracy.
- Recruitment:
- Oversee recruitment for complex roles, align candidates with company needs, and coordinate hiring activities.
- Process Improvement & Team Collaboration:
- Drive HR process improvements, participate in trainings, and evaluate service quality.
- University degree or equivalent experience in HR, legal, or social science
- 2-5 years experience in Human Resource Management
- Previous Shared Service Center experience is an advantage
- Excellent in written and spoken Hungarian and English
- Knowledge of MS Office
