Pozíció leírása / Job description- Support HR transition projects by providing assistance in process assessment and improvement
- Work closely and support HR Business Process Analysts in HR system implementation
- Participate in knowledge transfers and other service transition activities
- Ensure a degree of standardization, harmonization, and best practice sharing within HR SCE (HR Solution Center Europe)
- Participate in system and process improvements
- HR knowledge management activities
- Create and update system and process documentation
- Train new and existing employees about processes and usage of HR systems
- Confident English and French knowledge, both written and spoken
- Completed studies in business administration or a comparable degree, ideally with a major in HR Management
- At least 3 years of experience in delivering and steering high-quality customer services in an HR Shared Service environment
- Experience in HR projects (HR transition and/or HR system implementation)
- A continuous improvement mindset with a focus on the betterment of your process stream and the team itself
