- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans
- Cost analysis and implementation of cost reduction initiatives
- Development of standard tender documentation and evaluation templates
- Sourcing new suppliers, compliance checks
- Monitoring market trends and managing competitive tendering processes
- Supplier selection and evaluation
- Managing tender processes and contract award procedures
- Negotiation and optimisation of long-term strategic agreements
- Maintaining supplier relationships and regularly evaluating their performance
- Contract management and monitoring of supplier performance
- Liaising with different departments within the company
- Bsc degree in engineering or economics
- Minimum 5 years of experience in indirect procurement category management
- Experience in procurement negotiation, tendering, indirect procurement strategy development
- Knowledge of Office and SAP
- Confident and fluent English language skills
- German language skills would be an advantage
