Our partner is building its second European production base in Debrecen to serve the European market
even more efficiently and to develop its international production network.
- Lead process site problem solving and provide production efficiency improvements.
- Responsible for the FTY&YU (First Time Yield & Yield Utility).
- Support and coordinate with relevant departments to achieve team tasks and goals
- Responsible for new line/project switching and new equipment qualification
- Distribute and maintain standard documents such as Control Plan, SOP, Engineering Notice Waiver, Work Instruction, and Process Flow Chart.
- Maintain Process Lifecycle Management System, MES and SAP systems related to PE in production line.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field;
- At least a year of experience in process engineering or a related field;
- Fluency in English
- Strong understanding of process engineering principles and practices;
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills;
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and coordinate with various departments;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Familiarity with PLM, MES, SAP systems is an advantage.
