You’ll be a key player in a newly established Finance Hub, streamlining accounting processes for the global company entities.This is a fantastic opportunity to shape a modern finance function within a collaborative, supportive team and be a crucial part of building the new Finance Hub from the ground up.
Pozíció leírása / Job description- Contribute to the development and implementation of a new Finance Hub, setting best practices for the future.
- Manage accounting operations for all global entities using centralized processes.
- Focus on the Record to Report (R2R) requirements for European entities.
- Provide valuable business partnering support to designated European entities.
- Maintain and ensure Internal Controls are consistently strong.
- Collaborate effectively with the IT department for improved quality and reporting.
- Assist with monthly and yearly accounting closing procedures and activities.
- Contribute to year-end audit tasks.
We're looking for you, if:
- You possess a degree in finance or a comparable professional accounting qualification (ACCA, etc.).
- You have 3-5 years of experience in a professional finance environment, ideally within an international context.
- You have end-to-end experience with a focus on Record-to-Report accounting.
- Your English is fluent (near-native level).
- You have practical experience with NetSuite (or comparable ERP systems).
- You are proficient in MS Office applications.
- You are highly initiative-driven, possess strong communication skills, and can effectively lead process and team-oriented changes.
Experience working with international teams, developing solutions, and adapting to change is highly advantageous.
