We are looking for an HVAC service sales senior manager to join our partner who is working closely with the world leading consumer electronics appliance manufacturing company.
Pozíció leírása / Job descriptionCreating sales strategy and build a sales team
Building strong customer relationships through the delivery of high quality and on-time customer service
Leading a technician team by enabling growth in service and repair, maintenance, complex turnkey, installation, HVAC projects
Motivating, coaching and training the team to exceed time & quality standards and comply with repair and maintenance processes standard
Securing orders, guarantee product or service delivery
Working with customers to ensure the service or equipment meets the system requirements
Elvárások / Requirements
A few years of experience in sales of the industrial line of air conditioning (Chiller and VRV etc.)
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as Mechanical Engineering)
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, service, and maintenance
Proven experience in sales management and achieving sales targets
Experience and motivation to build and lead a sales team
Make strategy to achieve sales goals and targets together
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Technical expertise in HVAC systems and solutions
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Driver's license B category
Fluent English and Hungarian
