The Customer operates in Hungary, Germany, and The Netherlands and is part of the DYKA Group. We manufacture a wide range of fittings and accessories for non-pressurized plastic piping systems for customers across Europe. Our products come in various shapes and diameters,
made from materials such as PVC and PP. The total number of employees is approximately 250, divided into the following domains.
The Master Data Specialist is responsible for managing and maintaining critical company data to
ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality of business information. This role supports decision making, process optimization, and compliance within the organization.
2-3+ years of experience in a relevant field such as
Information Technology, Business Administration, or Data Management.
Data Maintenance:
-Responsible for collecting, entering, and validating business data according to established guidelines and standards.
- Super user of the ERP system.
-Success Criteria: Accuracy level of business data, ERP system knowledge and proficiency.
Data Quality:
- Actively identify and correct inconsistencies, duplicate data, and missing information to ensure overall data quality.
- Success Criteria: Degree of data quality.
Master Data Governance:
- Develop and maintain procedures and guidelines for managing master data to ensure uniform data integrity.
- Success Criteria: Development and implementation of data governance procedures leading to improvement.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate reports and analyses based on available data to provide insights for decision-making and process optimization.
- Success Criteria: Timely delivery of reports and analyses.
Process Optimization:
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to improve and streamline data
management processes for greater efficiency.
- Success Criteria: Efficiency through the implementation of optimized data
management processes
Data Privacy and Security:
- Ensure compliance with applicable data privacy laws and security guidelines in data processing and storage.
- Success Criteria: Compliance with data privacy and security guidelines.
Super User ERP System:
- Incident Management: Seek solutions for occurring problems and contact ERP consultants if necessary.
- Maintain input and output.
- Set up and monitor internal/external communication such as EDI.
- Adapt the ERP system to the needs/requirements of departments.
- Responsible for testing and accepting new functionalities.
- Act as a knowledge multiplier by training and supporting end-users.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Effectively communicate with internal stakeholders to understand and address data management needs and requirements.

Analytical Ability:
Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and solve problems
within data management.
• Accuracy: Skill in entering, checking, and managing data with high accuracy to ensure the
correctness and consistency of business data.

tools, with specific emphasis on expertise in relevant software.
