    Are you passionate about optimizing processes and improving system efficiency? Join our multinational client’s team as an AP/AR Process Expert (Senior Cash Flow Analyst) and drive impactful improvements in Shared Services operations.

     

    Pozíció leírása / Job description
    • Manage and optimize Order-to-Cash and Requisition-to-Pay processes and systems.
    • Collaborate with Shared Services Operations and Functional Groups (e.g., Commercial, Global Supply Management) to analyze needs and propose solutions.
    • Support ERP transformation projects and assist in budget planning for efficiency gains.
    • Establish, monitor, and improve KPIs, ensuring compliance with policies and statutory laws.

    • Maintain strong relationships with internal and external subject matter experts to enhance system and process knowledge.

    • Lead or support project charter development, defining budgets, deliverables, and timelines.

    • Drive Change Management and Communication efforts to ensure smooth transitions.

    • Partner with Business Process Engineering for process improvements and global standardization.

    • Work with Customer Relationship Managers to maintain service delivery Heat Maps and develop SLAs for new services.

    Travel Required:  Less than 10%

    Elvárások / Requirements
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field.

    • 5-7 years of relevant experience in strategy, operations, and compliance

    • Working knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes

    • Fluent English knowledge 
    • Experience in Shared Service Centers

    • Familiarity with continuous improvement tools and methodologies

    • Strong project management skills

    • Transformation experience in Finance

    • Strong Communication & Influence – Facilitate discussions, negotiate, present, and write effectively

    • Tech-Savvy – Understand digital tools and how to leverage technology for process optimization
