Secure, automate, and monitor cloud infrastructure.
IaaS/PaaS configuration management
Troubleshooting issues in the operational environments, including follow-up problem resolution, root cause analysis and change implementation
Support the implementation of Azure Landing Zones to establish secure and scalable cloud infrastructure.
Contribute to writing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for Azure DevOps, improving development and deployment processes.
Perform operational tasks for multiple services and technologies according to agreed SLA levels
Create knowledge articles that can help to troubleshoot platform related issues
Maintain and monitor the healthy sate of end-customer environments
Update support and operational documentation as required.
Integrate monitoring solutions with internal Incident management people, process and tools.
Gather requirements and provide continuous feedback loops between IT security and the Cloud CoE team
Elvárások / Requirements
2+ years of experience working within an operations team of a large complex multinational environment (Financial Services preferred)
- Relevant experience as DevOps Expert working with Azure Solutions
- Awareness of ITSM frameworks (Support, Delivery and Implementation) Experience dealing and responding to IT Audits
Understanding of Identity and Access Management principles and tools
An understanding of role-based access controls and organizational hierarchies proactively identify manual activates to feed into service improvements (Automation)
Experience in dealing with multiple support groups that contribute to a service
- Experience with configuring and troubleshooting Windows based solutions
Experience with Firewalls and IT security
Basic understanding and experience with ITSM systems
Experience with networks (OSI layers, TCP/IP, Routes, VPN)
Experience with installing, and configuring Linux based environments (RHEL)
Experience with DevOps tools (Azure DevOps and Terraform)
