Take the lead in shaping our partner’s global sourcing strategy for metals!
As a strategic sourcing professional, you will manage key metal categories (such as optical fiber making products and metal oxides) across multiple business divisions (Optical, Advanced Optics, Display). Your role will be crucial in driving cost optimization, building supplier relationships, and leading sourcing initiatives in an international context.

Provide market insights, pricing trends, and supply recommendations
Identify cost-saving opportunities and lead negotiations with key suppliers
Collaborate with global procurement teams and internal stakeholders
Oversee supplier performance and foster long-term partnerships
Act as a subject matter expert in metals and related market dynamics
Minimum 7 years of experience in strategic sourcing or supply chain
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage complex priorities in a dynamic, global environment
Solid understanding of manufacturing, engineering, and supplier operations
Familiarity with base metals markets and pricing methods
Fluent in English
