    Pozíció leírása / Job description
    • Act as a frontline defender—handle user complaints related to account takeovers, fraud, and other security risks across email, phone, and other support channels.

    • Collaborate closely with internal teams (like tech and customer support) to solve complex account-related issues efficiently and accurately.

    • Review and validate account unfreezing or unbinding requests—ensuring every action is legal, reasonable, and executed through secure systems.

    • Carefully manage sensitive account operations—avoiding errors and minimizing risks by following strict procedures.

    • Prioritize user and platform security by maintaining a high level of risk awareness and constantly improving internal workflows to boost both efficiency and user satisfaction.

    Elvárások / Requirements
    • Bachelor’s degree or higher—bonus points for experience in finance, tech, or related industries.

    • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the confidence to handle complex user complaints and challenging situations.

    • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in customer complaint resolution, risk management, or a similar role.

    • Work well in a team and knows how to bring departments together to tackle tricky problems.

    • Be detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working under pressure.

    • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
