    We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented professional to lead our Fraud Risk Handling Team—someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about solving complex problems.

    Pozíció leírása / Job description
    • Lead the daily operations of the Risk Control Complaint Handling Team -delegate tasks, evaluate performance, and foster a collaborative team culture to drive efficiency and service excellence.

    • Personally handle the most complex, high-stakes user complaints, especially those requiring cross-departmental coordination. You’ll be the final decision-maker in these cases.

    • Continuously improve complaint-handling processes and operational standards to reduce risk and ensure the security of user accounts.

    • Work closely with technical, legal, and customer service teams to resolve multi-faceted issues quickly and effectively.

    • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., complaint types, resolution rates, response times), and regularly present insights to senior leadership.

    • Uphold the highest standards of compliance, ensuring that your team operates in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements—always keeping user and platform security front and center.

    Elvárások / Requirements
    • Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Computer Science, Information Security, Finance, Business Management, or related fields.

    • 3+ years of experience in risk control, customer service, or a related area—minimum 1 year in a leadership or team management role.

    • Solid understanding of risk control systems, account management workflows, and permission structures.

    • Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills—you stay cool and decisive under pressure.

    • A security-first mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

    • English fluency is highly preferred.
