- Analyzing and defining requirements
- Manaing transformation and migration projects between different business units
- Cost / Benefit estimation
- Analyzing potential project related risks
- Monitoring competitors, market trends, industry best practices
- Monitoring deadlines
- Supporting the business life cycle of a product / process
- Supporting process improvement and standardization projects
- Keeping active communication cross country and between the relevant internal departments / stakeholders / partners
- Degree in Business, Finance or other relevant field
- 5 years of finance experience (preferably in an SSC environment)
- Experience in system implementations or other finance projects is preferred
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge of financial concepts (accounting, finance, and economics) and the ability to apply them to practical situations
- Project management skills, ability to meet deadlines
- Strong time management skills
- Can work independently
- Strong communications skills
- MS Excel, PowerPoint
- ERP System expeirence is an advantage (preferably SAP)
- Fluent English (knowledge of German or other European language is a plus)
