Pozíció leírása / Job description- Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing across EMEA.
- Address and resolve payroll issues with root cause analysis.
- Ensure compliance with global policies and local tax/labor laws.
- Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and external vendors.
- Drive continuous improvements for accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
- Develop payroll KPIs and enhance service delivery models.
- Implement best practices for payroll documentation and controls.
- Maintain payroll data integrity across HR and payroll systems.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with security policies.
- Lead a team of five, fostering operational excellence.
- Manage payroll projects within timelines and budgets.
- Serve as a backup for payroll processes when needed.
- Work with Global Payroll and external vendors to optimize services.
- Monitor compliance and address payroll discrepancies proactively.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in global payroll
- fluent English is a must (any additional language skill is an advantage)
- full proficiency in Excel
- strong understanding of core payroll management and processes
- leadership is experience
- good communication skills

- willingness to travel
