Pozíció leírása / Job description- Lead Global Data Production: Take charge of the entire data transformation journey, from the moment raw data arrives from global scanning projects to the delivery of refined, client-ready insights.
- Build and Guide High-Performing Teams: Responsibilities include leading the Budapest team, coordinating with international contractors, and providing guidance to the Singapore processing center.
- Drive Operational Excellence: Strategically plan resource allocation, optimize workflows, and implement innovative solutions to enhance data processing efficiency and quality.
- Ensure Client Success Across Time Zones: Be a reliable partner for international clients by guaranteeing the on-time delivery of high-quality processed data and providing top-notch support. Act as a liaison between technical teams and sales, proactively managing client needs and finding solutions to any challenges.
- 8-10 years of experience
- Experience in LiDAR and image data processing
- Leadership skills, experience in leading a large team
- Technical project management expertise
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Understanding of GIS or 3D modeling software.
- Excellent communication skills: Fluent English
