Pozíció leírása / Job description- Oversee the monthly accounting, closing, and internal reporting processes.
- Guarantee timely and precise statutory and tax filings for assigned entities.
- Maintain US GAAP to local GAAP reconciliations, documenting any differences.
- Apply expert financial knowledge to regulatory reporting and clearly document all conclusions.
- Manage the planning and execution of statutory audits, serving as the primary liaison with external auditors.
- Proactively identify areas for process improvement and suggest solutions.
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with Business Partners and Senior Finance Leaders in the EMEA region.
- Manage direct reports to ensure that they are delivering in line with company requirements, performance management.
- Support transformation initiatives and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Contribute to ad-hoc projects advancing company growth.
We're looking for you, if:
- You have a robust accounting/control background, including proficiency in US GAAP and at least one EMEA statutory GAAP.
- You hold a professional accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent) with at least 2 years post-qualification experience.
- Experience in Big 4 accounting firms to (Assistant) Manager level is desirable.
- You are proficient in SAP, Power BI, Blackline, OneSource, or similar software.
- You are fluent in English; another European language is an advantage.
- You have significant managerial experience in finance (2-3+ years).
- You are a strong team player and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
- You have a proven track record of identifying and resolving problems, ideally with a lean or six-sigma mindset.
- You have strong time management and analytical skills.
- You have demonstrable success in building and maintaining high-performing teams.
