- Provide technical support in preparing projects and preparing quotations to make sales.
- Inform electricians about new products and technologies, and propose promotional actions to them.
- Visit employees of our wholesalers in your region to provide feedback on customer visits, share information on market trends, support them in project sales, set up promotional activities and inform them about our new products.
- Develop good cooperation with colleagues to best manage the regional customer portfolio.
- Achieve growth in sales in your region by positively influencing the entire sales process.
- Strong technical background in electrical/building automation (Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience).
- Successful sales experience in low voltage solutions or building automation is a strong plus.
- A persuasive negotiator, a smooth communicator and persistent.
- Works in an energetic, mature and results-oriented manner.
- Well organized and can function in a complex and challenging environment and structure.
- A true team player.
- Independently manage your schedule and client base.
- Willing to host evening information sessions.
- Lives in or in the immediate vicinity of East/West Flanders.
