We are looking for a Senor Facility Manager for a dynamically growing, internationally backed company in the real estate operations sector. The role will provide crucial support to the FM team and contribute significantly to the company's continued success.

- Provide operational support for the implementation and management of new processes, monitor these processes and ensure their efficiency
- Manage tender documents, participate in technical pricing, and attend tender site visits
- Perform quality management and control tasks, monitor the company's professional processes, and ensure their implementation
- Ensure the high-level operation of an office building, including managing and overseeing the work of maintenance staff and subcontractors
- Prepare detailed reports and summary tables related to projects
- Continuously monitor and update relevant legislation
- Bsc degree in technical education, engineering
- At least 5 years of experience as a Facilitiy Manager in commercial and/or industrial real estate
- Confident English language skills
- Management attitude, proactivity, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Thorough knowledge of standards and legislation related to operations
- User-level knowledge of MS Office programs and CAFM/building management systems
- Leader experience is an advantage
