Pozíció leírása / Job description- Strategic Sourcing Development:
- Design and implement sourcing strategies for assigned categories (Fleet&IT), ensuring alignment with global procurement goals and value-for-money principles.
- Category Management:
- Lead sourcing and procurement activities for core categories, including vehicles/fleet, in collaboration with internal stakeholders and technical teams.
- Framework Agreements:
- Manage the full lifecycle of long-term Framework Agreements—from supplier selection and negotiation to implementation, amendments, and renewals.
- End-to-End Procurement Execution:
- Oversee the complete procurement process, including tenders, quote requests, purchase order placement, and coordination with finance for timely payments.
- Global Alignment & Integration:
- Ensure local and regional procurement strategies are aligned with global category plans and stakeholder requirements.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Drive change management initiatives to align global and regional stakeholders with sourcing strategies and ensure consistent execution.
- Supplier Relationship Management:
- Negotiate with suppliers, lead development programs, and apply market intelligence to build sustainable, high-performing supplier relationships.
- Market Intelligence & Cost Optimization:
- Conduct market analysis, benchmarking, and cost modeling to identify savings opportunities while balancing quality, speed, and risk.
- Governance & Compliance:
- Support procurement reviews, ensure policy compliance across regions, and provide regular reporting to global and regional leadership bodies.
- University degree in Business, Economics, Procurement, Engineering, IT or other relevant area or proven professional experience in the area of expertise
- Comfortable and experienced working within matrix organizations, both in terms of reporting lines and cross-functional collaboration
- Fluent in English with confident communication skills, both written and spoken
- Experience in fleet procurement is an advantage
- Familiarity with ISO 14001 is considered a plus
