Tailored business analyses from the research results are available in several formats. If your company is one of the surveyed companies, you can request a detailed analysis and presentation, if not, you can purchase a customised version of the Hungarian results, or you can opt to participate in next year's survey.
structure of the online questionnaire
The online survey asks respondents to choose which companies they know from a random list* of different companies. Respondents who know the company are asked if they would like to work for this company (the most attractive employer is determined by this question).
Respondents then rate each company on the following 10 practical criteria: salary and benefits, career progression, work environment, long-term job security, work-life balance, financial stability, job content, training, corporate governance, and ease of access to the workplace.
This is the basis for the ranking and the results for each sector.
*The list includes 30 companies. Each company appears at least 1,400 times throughout the survey.
