expectations of the business sector for 2023 are ambivalent.

The "Randstad 2023 HR Trends" survey was conducted by surveying top managers of nearly 250 domestic companies in various industries in December 2022 and January 2023.

About the respondents:

- Nearly half of the 246 respondents are HR managers, one third are company managers or directors

- organisations with more than 500 employees represent 25% of the sample, companies with less than 50 employees represent 25% of the sample, 14% employ 51-100 people, 21% 101-250 people, 14% 251-500 people.

- The most represented sectors are Manufacturing, Services, FMCG, BSS and IT & Telecoms, which together cover 65% of the sample.
