The "Randstad HR Trends 2024" survey was conducted in November and December 2023, interviewing more than 350 top managers of domestic companies in various industries.
 

About the respondents:
 

  • more than half of the 353 respondents are HR managers or HR leaders, one third are company managers or directors
     
  • 87% of respondents are involved in the recruitment process
     
  • firms with less than 50 employees represent 21% of the sample, 15% with 51-100 employees, 20% with 101-250 employees, 14% with 251-500 employees and 31% with more than 500 employees
     
  • 74% of the survey respondents were international and 21% national
     
  • the sectors most represented in the survey are manufacturing, FMCG, automotive and services, which together cover 47% of the sample
