    Our Partner, who is a leading automotive company in Hungary (specializing in vehicle sales, distribution and mobility services across Central and Eastern Europe) is looking for an expert in M&A to join their finance team. As a dynamic and innovative player in the automotive industry, the company represents renowned global brands, offering comprehensive solutions for both private and business customers.

    Pozíció leírása / Job description
    • Participation in tasks related to acquisition and business development areas of strategic planning
    • Preparation of industry, market and competitor analyses, benchmarks and related management reports and presentations
    • Maintaining contact with the Company's transaction consulting partners
    • Preparation of financial models (including valuation models) for company acquisitions, supporting managerial decision-making with detailed, data-based analyzes and recommendation
    • Participation in financial due diligence processes and the preparation of related reports, management (e.g. Board of Directors) presentations and other transaction-related documentation
    • Participation or coordination in the transaction process
    • Preparation of regular (monthly, quarterly) and occasional management reports on the status of the Group's M&A projects
    • Working closely with other internal deparments (FP&A team in the business planning and forecasting process and monthly financial performance analyses; accounting team in the financial closing process)
    • Support of ad hoc projects according to needs
    • Cooperates with external experts, consultants and banks involved in projects
    Elvárások / Requirements
    • University or college degree in finance,business, accounting or similar relevant field
    • A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant professional experience (previous project management experience is an advantage)
    • Confident English language skills (both written and spoken)
    • The ideal candidate is characterized by excellent problem-solving skills, structured thinking, strong analytical skills, and is able to adapt flexibly to changing priorities
    • Confidently uses spreadsheet software (mainly Microsoft Excel), knowledge of Power BI is an advantage.
    • Good verbal and written communication skills
    • Open to data gathering and organizing activities, and strives for accuracy in these
