Pozíció leírása / Job description
...- Making sure that the AR and Billing processes run smoothly within the company
- Managing possible escalations and high level cases
- Driving improved performance in invoicing and collections activity (increasing accuracy and
cash inflows) - Maintaining a solid master data datebase (A5, Salesforce)
- Training and mentoring AR team members
- Performance reviews
- KPI setting and tracking
- Keeping contact with internal stakeholders and team members
- Supporting and being key contact for ad hoc projects such as process improvements, standardization and system implementations
Elvárások / Requirements
- Solid understanding of financial and collections processes
- SSC experience is an advantage
- 3-5 years of experience in AR (Accounts Receivables, Billing, Collection, Cash Application)
- Previous experience in a role with people management tasks
- Strong user level MS Office and Excel skills
- Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to resolve problems and escalations
- Multitasking skills
- Precision at work, close attention to detail regarding deadlines
- Knowledge of SAP B1 preferred (but not a must)
- Fluent English
- College or university degree
