Pozíció leírása / Job description- Generate and issue customer invoices and credit notes, ensuring a high standard of accuracy and consistency in customer invoicing.
- Manage collection activities to ensure timely payment from customers, including proactive efforts in following up on outstanding balances.
- Support the daily cash application process and assist in the reconciliation of bank accounts.
- Contribute to the upkeep of customer accounts and debtor ledger, including analyzing monthly changes in debtor balances.
- Assist in the preparation of various reports and perform data-driven analysis.
- Handle or support customer communication and resolve inquiries related to accounts receivable.
- Aid in cash management and assist with cash forecasting as needed.
- Participate in month-end and year-end closing activities and reporting processes.
- Provide support across other finance functions as needed or act as backup when required.
- College or university degree is a mustt
- Fluent English is a must
- SSC experience is an advantage
- Additional language knowledge is an advantage
- Experience in Collections, Billing, Credit management and/or in Accounts Payable is an advantage
- Resilience in resolving problems
- Sound understanding of financial processes
- Experience of negotiating with key stakeholders
- Sound communication and negotiation and relationship building skills
- Proven experience of working to tight deadlines and being able to prioritize multiple tasks
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential
- Knowledge of SAP B1 preferred
