Pozíció leírása / Job description- Managing a team of 7-10 Digital Marketeers for daily tasks, deliverables & projects
- Point of entry for customers. Working in collaboration for plans and execute digital marketing activities aligned with organizational goals and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee training and HR processes, building a successful & skilled team.
- Manage workload distribution & working in proximity with other teams
- Manage daily tasks and projects, ensuring timely and high-quality completion.
- Collaborate with other team leaders and support team alignment.
- Continuously improve digital marketing strategies, campaign management, processes, social media & other digital activities
- Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- At least 5 years of experience in a digital marketing leadership role
- Proficient in various digital marketing channels (e.g., social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing)
- Deep understanding of digital marketing analytics and reporting
- Fluent in English
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Experience with project management methodologies is a plus
