Our partner is seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to support their hiring needs for a 6-month period. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions, working closely with hiring managers and HR partners to identify and attract top talent.

- Full-cycle recruitment: Manage the entire hiring process, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
- Strategic sourcing: Develop and implement sourcing strategies using direct search, networking, and market research.
- Stakeholder collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and recruitment strategies.
- Candidate management: Screen and assess applicants, ensuring an efficient and positive candidate experience.
- Process compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and best practices in recruitment.
- Market insights: Provide competitive intelligence on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring challenges.
Elvárások / Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in IT/Tech recruitment (either agency or in-house).
- Proven ability to manage senior and niche technical hires.
- Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills.
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday preferred).
- Knowledge of complex compensation structures and market trends.
- Prior experience in a large multinational or financial institution is an advantage.
