- Mail, package handling, and courier services coordination.
- Event planning and execution support.
- Contract management and archiving.
- Vendor liaison and procurement support.
- Office supplies and fleet management.
- Onboarding and offboarding support for employees.
- Purchase Order (PO) support.
- Ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned.
- High school diploma; college degree preferred.
- Proficient English skills (written and spoken); additional language skills a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
