Our partner, who is operating in the hotel sector, is looking for an experienced and proactive Sales Manager to develop and execute sales acitivites within the company.

- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
- Identify and explore new market opportunities and industry trends, by proactive sales, including actively visiting potential companies and clients
- Participate in trade shows, industry events, and networking meetings to promote the company’s services
- Negotiate contracts and close deals, balancing client needs with company objectives
- Support with group requests, follow-ups, and the database of quotes/clients
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure the best customer service experience
- Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience in the tourism sector
- Academic background in business and/or tourism
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to establish strong relationships with clients
- Ability to work under pressure, with a strong results-oriented focus
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent level of English (spoken and written); knowledge of other languages is highly valued
- Willingness to travel as needed
