They have organized their product teams around business processes, where together business and IT are end-to-end responsible for the digital products and services that support their operation. Now we are looking for their Budapest based office a SAP SuccessFactors Engineer colleague.
Pozíció leírása / Job description- Partner with internal clients to understand their needs and objectives, offering guidance for the SuccessFactors Employee Central module
- Design, configure, and implement customized solutions within SuccessFactors, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, market trends, and compliance requirements
- Provide ongoing support, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining the accuracy and integrity of data
- Work efficiently in a multi-customer and multi-project environment, balancing between different requirements, priorities, and operating models
- 5+ years experience in SuccessFactors implementation and support
- Certified in SuccessFactors Employee Central is an advantage
- Should have experience of at least 2 end to end implementations in SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Should have implementation experience on SuccessFactors Intelligent Services and Integration Center
- Excellent understanding of the Employee Life Cycle Management process
- Able to understand and transform Business requirements into System Configuration and create Solution Design in compliance with the Best Practices
- Experience in preparing and executing Test Cases / Test Plans / Test scripts
- Having strong communication skills in English
