As a Senior Demand Analyst in the IT software development team, you will oversee the entire demand management process, ensuring its quality and consistency from start to finish. Acting as the primary contact, you’ll manage customer requests, coordinate with solution teams, and drive projects to completion. Additionally, you will provide regular updates and explore both internal and external solutions to meet customer needs.

- Capture and document requirements to ensure clarity and feasibility.
- Prepare detailed demand assessments and risk evaluations for decision-making.
- Maintain high-quality deliverables, escalating issues as needed.
- Regularly update management and stakeholders on project progress.
- Coordinate and present demands to the Demand Board in English, securing necessary approvals.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery.
- Test and validate completed developments, offering training when necessary to the German speaking colleagues
- Fluent in both German and English, as you will use these languages daily
- 2-3 years of experience in demand management, project management, or business analysis.
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in Telecom, IT or software developer environment.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Water Flow charts
- Knowledge of technical tools such as Salesforce and JIRA
- Structured and analytical mindset with the ability to manage complex processes.
