As Senior Specialist, the responsibilities will include:

partner with stakeholders across the organization (engineering, procurement,
manufacturing) to identify opportunities for SCM improvement and industrialization within the defense supply chain
conduct in-depth analysis of current supply chain processes, including supplier performance, lead times, and cost structures
develop and implement comprehensive SCM strategies aligned with national defense priorities and industrialization goals
identify and source potential domestic suppliers to strengthen the domestic industrial base
manage supplier development programs to enhance capabilities and ensure alignment with quality and performance standards
analyze market trends and assess emerging technologies to identify opportunities for supply chain innovation and optimization
lead or participate in cross-functional teams to implement SCM and industrialization strategies
track and measure the success of implemented initiatives, reporting progress and recommending adjustments
maintain awareness of relevant defense industry regulations and policies impacting the supply chain.

Elvárások / Requirements

The ideal candidate for this role has:

bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field
min. 5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably within the defense industry
proven track record of developing and implementing successful supply chain management strategies
strong understanding of industrialization concepts and their application within the defense sector
experience in supplier relationship management and development programs.
