We are seeking a reliable and highly organized Executive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, while also assisting other senior leaders when needed.

Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently organize and maintain the CEO’s schedule using MS Outlook, including appointments, business meetings, and travel plans.
Prioritize and manage the CEO’s time commitments, including oversight of shared calendars.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, customer visits, and international guest arrangements.
Oversee conference room bookings and organize catering services as required.
Prepare detailed travel itineraries and handle expense reporting for the CEO and other senior executives.
Support the planning and execution of company events and internal gatherings.
Screen and respond to emails, calls, and correspondence; draft and handle routine communications.
Maintain the CEO’s filing system (both electronic and paper-based) in an organized manner.
Take meeting notes and prepare minutes for management and project-related discussions.
Develop professional presentations and reports utilizing MS Office Suite tools.
Handle all matters with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Bachelor’s degree.
5-10 years of relevant experience in an administrative or executive support role.
Previous experience in an international/multicultural environment is highly valued.
Background in a manufacturing or food industry setting is a plus.
Fluency in both Hungarian and English.
Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
